For the money, I was surprised how nice the room is! We are super close to everything. This was a road trip for my daughter and I so it was important to have a place for us to put our food-LOVED having a refrigerator and microwave! The hotel manager gave us a level one room so it was easier to bring out dog in and out AND upgraded our room to two queen beds instead of just the one. The room was clean and tidy and the wifi worked really well. All in all, a great place to stay for the amount of money we paid!

Incredibly attentive and accommodating staff. We were running late for our reservation and they were kind enough to call us after-hours to make sure we got checked in alright. When we arrived, there wasn't any available parking spaces. The staff provided us with a place to park without hesitation. We had a wonderful stay at thanks to their excellent communication, top notch service, clean room and goof business sense. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. We were on a roadtrip and stayed here for 1 night. It's perfect and the pintures you see on booking.com are very accurate. We even had a little problem on our trip which caused us to have to readjust to everything and they helped us solve it. We did have some communivation issues over the phone in the beginning (for that problem specifically), but then everything was solved. Room was nice and clean, the king bed was super comfortable. Thank you for hosting us! Definetely recommended.

The host was above and beyond. He allowed us to check in early, made sure we were comfortable, and went out of his way in the morning to refill our unexpected flat tire, plus recommended an excellent place to get it fixed. 😄

it seemed like they tried to make the hotel nice in styling and clean, seemed to have new paint, furnishings, interesting room-darkening blinds, good size, very pleasant place. We would probably go back, it was a good value and walking distance to the main shopping/waterfront area/restaurants AND the view of the Morro Bay rock.

The host was very warm, friendly and inviting which compared to the rest of the town was a big bonus. Makes for a great first impression at a stay. He gave us a newly remodelled unit which was nice and clean and fresh, and comfortable. Great coffee provided too.

The cost was $80/night without taxes and fees, low and if it had not been for the reviews I may have avoided it. But the reviews indicated that it was clean and comfortable, and it was indeed clean and comfortable. The colorful bedspread made the room attractive. I was also thrilled that we were provided with toothbrushes, tooth paste, and a shower cap.

My stay at Morro Bay Inn was fantastic- the owner was wonderfully kind and friendly, the room was spotlessly clean and spacious, the view of Morro Rock was extraordinary, and the overall experience was exceptional. As I was checking out, new furniture was being installed in all the rooms: it's clear the owner truly cares about his customers and his business: highly recommended!
